With most Smallmouth Bass in the 12” to 15” we do catch some bigger fish in the 20” range reaching up to 4 pounds! The numbers of fish is always the selling point for this trip, with catch rates well into the 100’s on most days, not to mention the breathtaking scenery. Wildlife, Birds, Wild Flowers, and a beautiful canyon that just can’t be beat.

We also fish the Snake River out of Heller Bar for Smallmouth Bass.  This is a great trip for everyone of all ages. With perfect rocky banks full of Crawfish these Smallmouth Bass are fat and sassy!! Not to mention great numbers, but again, its not uncommon to catch 100 Smallmouth Bass a day. We run our 26′ Riddle Marine Jet Sled up to the Oregon State Boarder and fish our way back down river working the shoreline. Fishing the Gateway to Hells Canyon offers an abundance of wildlife from Big Horn Sheep, Mule Deer, Elk, Black Bear, River Otter, Eagles, Osprey and much more.
